At The Perfumers Corner by JKL (John Kellys London Ltd), we specialise in high-quality essential oils and raw aromatic materials. Due to the nature of these products, we operate a strict No-Returns and No-Refunds policy once an order has been dispatched.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Free Sample Option (Before Purchase)

To help customers make informed decisions, we offer a free sample upon request, completely free of charge.
We strongly recommend requesting a sample before purchasing any full-size essential oil or raw material.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via our official customer support channels.

  • Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. No Returns / No Refunds (After Dispatch)

Because essential oils and raw materials are consumable, hygiene-sensitive goods, we do not accept returns and no refunds will be offered once the order has been dispatched.

This applies even if the product:

  • is unopened or unused

  • was purchased in error

  • does not meet personal preference

4. Damaged Goods Policy

We thoroughly inspect and securely package all essential oils and materials before dispatch. We keep records of all goods sent out.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged container or bottle

  • Your order number

We will review each case individually to determine whether the damage occurred before leaving our facility or during transit.
A replacement may be provided at our discretion, depending on the outcome of our assessment.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
